Potential Christian Academy Pensacola is expanding!    


The school will be adding an elementary program in the fall of 2023!

A non-refundable Registration fee of $125 is due upon registration.

Full-time- Tuition for 5 days a week: $140 a week / $560 a month / $5,600 annually (based on 10 months)
Part-time- Tuition for 5 days a week: $104 a week / $416 a month / $4,160 annually (based on 10 months)
*Early drop off (addt’l: $80 a month / $800 annually (based on 10 months)
*Extended care (addt’l: $160 a month / $1,600 annually (based on 10 months)

For late registrations, tuition will be pro-rated on a weekly basis. All pricing is based on a 10-month or 12-month payment plan as applies.

Every family is required to have an auto-billed FACTS Tuition Management Account to pay tuition. Families will be billed in advance at the beginning of each month. Payments in FACTS can be made through your bank account at no charge, or you 
may pay with a credit card for an additional fee. A $30 Non-Sufficient Funds fee will be charged directly from FACTS for any monies returned. Attendance will not be permitted until payment is made in full.

All withdrawals from the PPA program are handled through the program director. Written notice from the parent will initiate the withdrawal process. The registration fee is non-refundable and all financial obligations are to be current. Families who fail to officially withdraw a student (regardless of absences) will continue to be billed via FACTS until a written notice has been received by the program.
